We collect booking contacts, flight details, traveller data and the documents needed to arrange airport assistance.

How data is used

Data is used to price and deliver the requested service, communicate updates, prevent abuse and meet operational obligations.

Who receives data

Data is shared only with airport-assistance, payment, infrastructure and support providers that need it to fulfil the booking or protect the service. After consent, Google receives optional analytics events. Public authorities may receive data where the law requires it.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics loads and may set analytics cookies only after you accept. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed below. Booking and support features work if you decline.

Security and retention

Passport numbers and uploaded travel documents are encrypted and stored in private object storage. Access is limited to authorised staff and service providers who need the information to deliver or support the booking.

Retention criteria

Retention is determined by the time needed to deliver and support the service and by applicable payment, accounting, fraud-prevention and legal-claims requirements. Ask for the period applying to a specific record through the contact form and include the booking code.

Access, correction and deletion

Use the contact form to request a copy of your data, correct an inaccuracy or ask for deletion. We may need to verify your identity, and mandatory legal, payment or security retention can limit deletion.
