ABOUT FAST TRACK THAILAND

Airport meet-and-assist, clearly coordinated

Fast Track Thailand coordinates booking details between travellers and airport service teams for confirmed meet-and-assist services at five airports in Thailand. The service, meeting plan and next steps should be clear before you travel.

HOW COORDINATION WORKS

A confirmed plan for a specific journey

Every booking is tied to the selected airport, service, flight and passengers. Availability and operating arrangements can differ by journey.

01

Your booking details

The selected airport and service, flight information, passenger details and requested add-ons form the basis of coordination.

02

The voucher defines the scope

The confirmed voucher states the service included, meeting instructions and relevant operational details. Only the scope confirmed there should be relied upon.

03

Questions before travel

If you are unsure about eligibility, an airport, an add-on or what is included, contact the team before booking rather than assuming it is covered.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND LIMITS

Coordination does not replace airport authorities

  1. Fast Track Thailand is a booking and coordination service. It is not an airport, airline, immigration or customs authority, security agency or government body.
  2. Airports, airlines, immigration, customs and security retain control of their procedures, access rules and decisions. These can change for operational or regulatory reasons.
  3. Meet-and-assist cannot guarantee entry, departure, boarding, a specific processing time or any decision by an authority.
  4. Passengers remain responsible for valid travel documents, visas, entry requirements, airline check-in deadlines and following official instructions.
