These terms explain how booking requests, payments, changes and airport assistance are handled. The price and inclusions shown before payment form part of your booking.

Bookings

A service request is accepted subject to payment, accurate passenger and flight information, and airport operator availability.

Confirmed service scope

Only the services and add-ons shown at checkout and on the final voucher are included. The meeting point and procedure depend on the airport, terminal and flight type.

Decisions by airport authorities

Assistance does not guarantee a particular queue, processing time, entry or boarding decision, or exemption from checks. Airport, airline, immigration, customs and security authorities retain control of every formal decision.

Changes and cancellation

Send change or cancellation requests through the contact form with your confirmation code. A request takes effect only when our team confirms it in writing. Eligibility and any refund depend on the confirmed service status, commitments already made to the airport provider and the payment method; no automatic refund is promised.

Customer responsibility

The customer is responsible for valid travel documents, visas, entry requirements and timely arrival at the confirmed meeting point.
